  • Provided daily support of a 250 seat client, working in conjunction with the client’s IT staff to ensure good customer service and keep the client’s employees productive.
  • Worked with Active Directory in a multiple domain / Multiple forest structure.
  • Developed documentation for both end users and technicians.
  • Instrumental in the roll out of Office 2007 including setting up users in Active directory for automatic application deployment as well as troubleshooting compatibility issues and installation difficulties.

  • Completed the preparation of new point of sale systems for a companywide upgrade of 9 stores, ahead of expected schedule. This enabled the systems to be shipped to the stores, ensuring that deadlines were able to be met.
  • Supported multiple versions of Windows in an environment with a large number of devices with unusual and legacy interfaces.
  • Performed troubleshooting of various issues over the phone and through remote access, solving most without significant downtime.

  • Met a tight deadline to move and reinstall over half of a publishing company’s computers, resulting in minimal downtime for their operation.
